RETURN POLICY
If there is a major problem with the fit of a made-to-order garment you acquired from us, you can have the garment replaced or adjusted. This applies if you registered and gave your full Custom Special measurements online.
We encourage you that in order to ensure that your purchased item fits you well, try the product very early on receiving it. If there is a major problem, e-mail a photo to us within 3 days of receiving it, showing how it looks on you. Depending on what we see, we may need to schedule a video measuring appointment with you to live-view the problem and to see if and where your measurements differ.
If the fault is ours, after you have submitted the photo within those 3 days after delivery of your order, and done the video appointment (if required), the item must be delivered back to LYNDA OSBORNE fashion within the next 12 days after sending the photo. That gives you a total of 15 days after you received your item.
If it can’t be returned within 15 days, you do however, have the option to still send it for adjustment at a charge.
The item must be returned in its original pristine clean condition and also free from soap and perfume scents, so please take the necessary precautions when you are about to try on.
