How is it possible to get a good fit here ordering online?
LYNDA OSBORNE has decades of expertise refined by experience, and a reputation for superb garment fit at the very first order, so no major fitting problems are envisioned.
Garments that are ordered with the online Custom Special measurements, are made specially to your fit, so devote some time to get your measurements done correctly. Measuring is an initial one-time event and you won’t have to do it again except if your weight or shape changes.
Sometimes, requiring tweaking of the fit may be just a matter of choice since everybody’s interpretation of a perfect fit is different. We will make the necessary note on your file so that your next order will be much better to your taste.
For direct in-house ordering, it is normal to take 2 initial face-to-face fittings to get some-one’s fit right with this type of service. For online purchases, If you don’t get it exact at the first purchase, be patient and think of the next purchase as a 2nd fitting.
With notes and photos gathered from your first fitting, your fit would be established after your second purchase, unless your measurements changed.
I have a problem getting clothes to fit me. I am a size 14 top and a size 10 below. Will LYNDA OSBORNE fashion give me a good fit?
LYNDA OSBORNE provides garments made to your measurements and not to a standard size.
If you are smaller on the top or bigger on the top, small shoulders with a big size or broad shoulders with a small size, this is the solution to your fitting problem.
Be aware though, that in some instances, garments do not have to hug your body to fit you well. It must suit your shape, camouflage the concerned areas and enhance you.

How do you get our measurements?
You have a choice of two ways to input your measurements:
Custom Basic – When you click “Select options” under the style you like, you will be taken to its product page. “Custom Basic” is the drop-down field you see here to input your basic measurements. This replaces the usual size options. It is a quick process. This is all that’s needed for some stretch or loose styles only, and is also the primary measurement guide towards all types of orders. Your order will not process without the basic measurements.
Custom Special – This requires measurements more in depth. Click “Select options” under the style you like and you will be taken to its product page. Firstly, you must input your custom basic measurements (as above) and continue with your order to the cart page and checkout. Upon payment at checkout, you’ll be sent a confirmation e-mail with directions for the Custom Special measurement. Be prepared to devote some time to take your measurements. After placing your order, you have 48 hours to complete your full measurements and submit the form.
You may also choose to speed up the process by signing up and submitting a Request for C. S. Measurement form before you do the transaction. This way you can familiarize yourself on how to correctly take even the basic measurements.
What preparations do I make for the measuring?
- Wear proper fitting foundation garments, such as bra, briefs, spanks
- Measure with the same foundation garments that you intend to wear with the outfit you ordered.
- Have a dressmaker’s measuring tape and a 1 and a half yard length of cord or string ready.
- Pen and paper
- Someone to assist in measuring you.
What happens if my measurements change by the time I receive my purchase?
You must do your part in ensuring you get a good fit by maintaining the measurements on your order.
Since this is made-to-order especially for you, it cannot be exchanged, but if you would like to have it altered, it can be done at a charge. See more in Return Policy
Alternatively, if your measurements fluctuate very often, you would have that garment to wear every time you revert to that fit.
What do I do if I sometimes bloat and my measurements often change?
Choose tapered or loose-fitting styles, preferably in fabrics that have non or very slight firm stretch depending on your taste.
- Look for skirts and pants that do not have a waistband, but has a faced or elasticized waist instead.
- Be mindful about the type of occasion where you will be wearing the outfit. Going to an event to eat a lot may trigger bloating, so you may need extra room in your clothes.
- Let us know, and provide us with a safe average of your waist and upper-hip measurements.
- Don’t make it an issue. Have different clothes for your different measurements.
How are the prices quoted?
Garment prices are quoted in USD and in TTD, and are shown as a base price or price range per garment.
Your Custom Basic measurements will determine where you fit within the price range.
What do I have to pay when ordering?
You pay the price of the garment plus any delivery or shipping cost.
How long does delivery take?
Since this is a custom-making service, delivery for online purchases may take 3 – 5 weeks after successful order transaction. For in-house ordering, it can take 2 -4 weeks.
Do you have an outlet?
This is a by-appointment private studio as well as an online operation. This is not a walk-in boutique.
What ages do you cater for?
We cater for 25 years of age and over, where 75 is the new 60! You can be young or young-at-heart, daring or conservative, fashionably-trendy, individualistic, or simply classic in taste.
What sizes and shapes do you cater for?
We design for, and fit all shapes and sizes: Regular, Plus, Petite, Short and big, Tall, Pear-shaped, Apple-shaped, Inverted triangle, Busty, Hour-glass, Regular Curvaceous, Big and Curvaceous, Athletic

Where do you get your designs?
All designs are conceptualized and created by LYNDA OSBORNE, and some images are created with ai-assisted tools.
Are the offerings affordable?
Our garments are quite affordable and reasonably-priced. You get value for your money – personalized fit, fabric, design and choice of color.
I am sensitive to some fabrics, what do you suggest?
Pay attention to the product description if you know and understand what your allergies are. Purchase only what you are comfortable with.
In general, Fabrics with lurex, strong dyes, and some natural linens tend to irritate the skin of sensitive persons.
Can I have a design made in a different type of fabric to what you have it in?
If you see styles that you like, but they’re in synthetics, and you don’t like synthetics, you can further customize your order by asking to use natural fabrics in pure silks, linens or cottons instead. Likewise, if the style is in cotton or linen, and you would like to see it in a luxurious silk or synthetic fabric, contact us and if it can be done, we’ll send you photo fabric swatches and follow-up with a quote. Be aware that natural fabrics are to be handled with more care.
I have a thermo problem. I feel warm in clothes.
You can wear natural fabrics like 100% silk, 100% cotton or 100% light-weight linen, or loose and flowy styles.
Will the colors on my 2-tone garment bleed?
We test for color fastness before combining different colors, and use only compatible materials when mixing fabrics and notions.
Should I be concerned about fabric quality since I can’t see it close-up online?
All apparel are made using quality fabrics, threads and trimmings. We select fabrics that are of good-quality and up-to-date, and these include natural fabrics as well as synthetic fabrics. The synthetics are more durable and long-lasting than some natural fabrics and make up the bulk of modern trending fabrics.
I don’t know what is right for my shape, Will you be able to make recommendations?
We know our styles and understand body sizes and shapes, so once you are registered with us, if we think your chosen style may need some modification to suit you, we would advise you when you place an order through the Custom Special.

What about the security of my credit card data?
LYNDAOSBORNE.COM payment provider is certified at the highest level in Fraud detection and prevention. Your card information goes through to them for owner and funds authentication before the transaction is made complete.
