Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point Front (F) and Back (B)

Measure your biceps (W) (widest part around your upper arm), and your sleeve length (L) (from shoulder point to wrist)

Measure all the way around at your off-shoulder-arm level

Measure across your chest from the corner where your arm near the pit, meets your upper chest to the other corner(Ac Ch) Measure across your back from the corner where your arm near the pit, meets yourupper back, to the other corner (Ac B)

Measure from side of neck to center waist Front (F) and Back (B)

Measure your waist in level with the front pit of your elbow.

Measure around upper hip at level 4" below waist (4" below front-pit of elbow).

Measure you hip at your fullest part, butt level or large thighs level.

Measure from waist to hem.
